For members of Central Avenue: if you are interested in receiving prayer requests by email, please submit your email address to prayerline@centralavecrc.org. 

For submitting a request, click the link below.  Please include your name and email address.  If you are not a member of our church, also add your street address and telephone number.  Your requests will be kept confidential and shared only with a group from our church who has agreed to pray for you.
