Personal Information

I was born on August 17 and raised in a small city in the South East of Ireland called Kilkenny. God has truly blessed me with two wonderful parents, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, 2 brothers-in-law and a beautiful nephew!! I studied at the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG) where I obtained a Bachelors Degree in 'History, Sociology and Politics', and at the University of Limerick where I obtained a Masters Degree in 'International Peace and Development Studies'. After graduating I worked in The Gambia, West Africa for 12 months as a field coordinator for the refugee program. This was one of the most amazing experiences of my life and I definitely got a lot more out of it than I put in. In January 2007 after a lot of prayer I felt it was God's will for me to move to Holland, Michigan. And God has been so faithful in providing for my every need both financially and with loving and supportive friends who have become very dear to my heart. He has broken my heart with His love for the children of Ottawa and Allegan and I honestly believe that I have one of the best jobs there is. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and I get to spend my days talking to Him and about Him!! What could be better than that?
